RESUMO: Objetiva o presente trabalho, ao mesmo tempo em que dividi inquietações sobre a representatividade política de gênero e raça, com recorte na participação da mulher negra, refletir sobre as contribuições do Ministério Público, para transformação dessa realidade, com os instrumentos legais que dispõe, num viés resolutivo. A pesquisa se concentra no método dedutivo e qualitativo, baseado em técnicas procedimentais eminentemente bibliográficas e documentais por meio de análise de produções acadêmicas já analisadas e publicadas, e documental, posto que se utilizará de fontes mais diversificadas como, legislações e relatórios. ABSTRACT: This work aims, while addressing concerns about the political representation of gender and race, with a focus on the participation of Black women, to reflect on the contributions of the Public Prosecutor's Office to transforming this reality, using the legal instruments at its disposal, from a problem-solving perspective. The research focuses on a deductive and qualitative method, based on procedural techniques that are primarily bibliographic and documentary, through the analysis of previously analyzed and published academic works, and documentary, since it will utilize more diverse sources such as legislation and reports. .
